Politecnico di Milano
The Milano Bovisa Campus arises on the site of the former gasometer of Bovisa, a neighbourhood north of Milan.
The campus has been substantially expanded as the result of an international competition, which was announced in 1998 by Politecnico di Milano in collaboration with other local entities (Municipality and Region) and which has brought about a general renewal of the zone.

Milan at a Glance
The city of Milan, with its centuries of history and art, is a world-class economic and cultural hub, a capital of business, history, art, fashion, design and culinary delights to suit every taste, budget, and requirement.
Its extraordinary aesthetic traditions have been the humus for the new design projects, recently commissioned to leading architects.
The city also enjoys an enviable setting in Lombardy: this is the Italian region with the largest natural parks and splendid lakes – like Como – surrounded by mountains and offers many opportunities for delegates.
